If I’m honest, rubber band magic has never really appealed to me. I, like most magicians, have performed ‘Crazy Man’s Hancuffs’ for years but that’s about my lot. However, ‘Banding Around’ had me reaching for the bands once more. Russell Leeds has made a great effort at making rubber band magic popular again and it’s obvious watching this DVD that Russell also has a passion for coin magic.
What he has done is cleverly take classic coin plots such as ‘3 Fly’, and ‘Coins Through Table’ and transform them into rubber band routines. This might seem weird but it really works. Also on this DVD are penetration effects, vanishes, transpositions and linkings all of which are taught in great detail. At £15 this is value for money. Recommended. PS
